- How many blood markers can I see with each plan?
- Every plan shows all markers extracted from your report. Our catalogue covers 200+ biomarkers. The markers in your results depend on what your laboratory tested.
- What do I get when I upgrade?
- Your first report is complete on Free. Standard lets you save up to five blood tests, compare your history and continue chatting without the free message limit. Premium supports an unlimited test history and additional tracking tools.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
- Yes, you can upgrade to unlock more features immediately, or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and you'll retain access to your current plan's features until then.
- What happens when I reach my plan's limits?
- When you reach your plan's limits (blood tests, chat messages, etc.), you'll see upgrade prompts with clear explanations of what's available in higher tiers. You can upgrade anytime to unlock additional features.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. You'll continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free tier.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Downgrading does not delete your saved tests or hide markers in your reports. Your new plan limits how many tests you can add and how many chat messages you can send.
